DAY 1 IN THE SEYCHELLES

Travel

Hello from the Seychelles,

I can safely say after Day 1 that this trip is one I’ll remember forever! I was so busy in the run up to it, that I didn’t have much time to over think it and to get really excited – but oh my god. I have just been blown away in every sense of the word since we arrived. I couldn’t wait to break out my swimwear. It’s essential that when you’re in a location such as this that you have clothing befitting of its beauty. See here for some ideas of cute two pieces you could wear – https://thehermoza.com/collections/two-pieces.

The hotel, the beauty, the weather, the people… it just makes total sense why everyone calls islands like these paradise.

We’re staying in the beautiful Le Meridien Fishermans Cove on Mahe Island and it’s stunning. Check out my social media to see more. More than the stunning surroundings, I’ve loved the relaxed vibe of the Seychelles more than anything. I would love to live here for a little while to experience their lifestyle. You may have seen from my snapchat (username: lou1409) that I’m here with my best friend and fellow blogger Lauren for the week. We are off to explore the main island of Mahe tomorrow and can’t wait to learn more about the history and culture of the stunning island.

We were lucky enough to have a pool/beach day today to top up our tans, and I was SO HAPPY to launch my competition with Emirates that gives one of you the chance to win a trip just like this for you and a guest (to anywhere Emirates fly)! There is more info on my Instagram if you’re interested. It’s absolutely the BEST prize I’ve ever given away (secretly wishing I could throw my name into the hat a few times haha)

After day 1 of this trip, I can honestly say I haven’t felt so lucky, happy and grateful on a trip. I’m so excited for what the next 6 days of adventure will bring,

Stay tuned on social media for more – and don’t forget to enter the competition 😊

P.S. I’m wearing all PrettyLittleThing in these photos. They have such fab summer bits – shop their swimwear here or else check out the shop section on my website to see what else I picked up from PLT.
