I hope your week is going well. The weather and long evenings are definitely making the weeks more fun at the moment. Every so often we even get a glimpse of the sun, and no one knows how to enjoy some sun like us Irish haha.
I’m so excited to be collaborating with H&M again, this time to show you some of my favourite pieces from their summer collection. I always love injecting some colour into my wardrobe in the summer months, and H&M had so many colourful pieces to choose from. I styled up 3 outfits from the collection and took photos in 3 locations that are special to my heart since I was a child.
The first outfit I wore in my uncles Orchards in Tipperary. I spent many a summer here growing up with my sisters and cousins. We came up for a few days every summer to stay with my aunt and uncle when we were really young – we climbed the ‘Devils Bit’ mountain, told horror stories I’ll never forget and just made the best memories. I have had so many happy, fun times here. I am wearing a blue bardot dress (product code: 0615508), with a brown belt tied around my waist (product code: 0516859) . Brown round sunnies (product code: 0657360), a gold chain from H&M (product code: 0648929) and blue printed slip on sandals (product code: 0582462) .
My second outfit I wore on the beach – despite our mild irish summers I think everyone has memories spent on the beach in Ireland as a child. That rare hot day where you pack up everything and head out to the sea for the day. I’ll never forget the excitement! I can’t wait to visit on a warm day this summer, but for now – I’m happy enough with the warm temperatures even if there is a few clouds. I adore this yellow dress (product code: 0648713) and sandals (product code: 0582462) I wore – I brought my own sunshine to the beach that day 😊
I finished the look off with Aviator sunglasses (product code: 0657360) and a layered chain (product code: 0562761) , both from H&M.
My third outfit I shot at home in the back garden, right before we put on a barbecue. We love doing barbecues at home in the summer, the slightest sign of warm weather and the grill is on! Here I’m wearing a more relaxed outfit than my first two – a pink bardot top (product code: 0648300) and white culottes (product code: 0632936) . I especially love how these culottes synch in at the waist! They’re so flattering on. I paired this outfit with gold sandals (product code: 0581275), a gold chain (product code: 0562761) and gorgeous H&M sunnies (product code: 0438147) .
My summer wardrobe is well and truly filling up fast. I’m a summer lover – the long evenings, bright mornings, warmer temperatures and definitely the fashion. It’s my favourite time of year and I’m so excited for the months ahead,
